I created this pink gift bag with my Gift Bag Punch Board. The scallop along the top was created with a die from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits. I used the same die to scallop a gold foil sheet to create the second scallop layer. Don't you love the pink and gold together?
The black circle is 2 1/2" and the "hello" is from the Hello You Thinlits. I had the cute black and white tissue paper, but I think it would've been easy to create something similar, don't you?
