This is such a sweet gift bag. I made it with the Build A Birthday stamp set and Big Bold Cupcakes Sizzlits, which are retired, but you can use the new Cupcake Cutouts Framelits. They look similar enough to get the same affect. I absolutely love how it turned out! I'll probably put this project on a shelf in my stamp room instead of giving it away. :)
