I used a glassine sheet to create a mini treat bag then tucked it inside a pocket I made with patterned paper. I found the white pompom ribbon at Michaels. Quite a while ago I purchased the Season of Style Designer Journaling Tags, from the Stampin' Up! clearance rack. I'm glad I did because they're making great additions to my Christmas projects this year. :) To finish it off I added the snowflake and rhinestone, for bling.
