If you haven't seen these adorable witch hats, I'm sure they'll be everywhere soon. They are sooo cute! It's a clothespin behind the hat, so it clips to anything. I didn't have the tree punch so I used the smallest pennant on my perfect pennants bigz die. I still used the 2 1/2" circle punch but used the 1 1/4" circle punch for the center. I'll be making more projects with this hat, because it's adorable!
