It was created with the Holiday Collection Framelits. It has a Hershey Nugget on the inside. A girl needs her chocolate! :) I found these fun lipstick pens at Target, they came in a package of 4 with red, pink, dark pink and purple. A lipstick or ChapStick would fit perfectly inside too.
