Isn't this a fun wrapper for a candy bar?! The instructions can be found on split coast stampers. The paper bow is made with a 4 1/2 x 3/4 piece of designer paper and two large ovals, punched from the same paper. The ovals are folded over, but not creased. I used a button for the center of my bow, but there are several fun options. I think the bow makes all the difference, don't you? :)
