Sometimes you just want a fun way to wrap a gift, and using an empty paper towel roll is perfect! The roll was a little long, so I cut it in half then wrapped it in white tissue paper, then designer paper. The ends are tied with lime green tulle. To make the tag, I used the scallop punch with a couple snowflakes and rhinestones. If this was given to me, I'd hate to unwrap it. :)
