I love the look of these cones, they’re so delicate and feminine. I used the Swirl Doily die by scrapdivadesigns.com to create them. I created pretty little tags for them, then fussy cut flowers from her Homemade Happiness 12x12 paper pad, to place on top. The best part, they’re filled with chocolate covered caramels. 😁
