Yep, another Peeps project! 😁 I die cut two, with two different sizes of dies, out of parchment paper. Next I glued them along the edges, only around the head and body. This left an opening to place treats inside. My first embellishment was a bow, which didn’t seem like enough. Eyelashes were the perfect final touch.
