I’ve had these polka dot bags in my stash, which means I forgot about them. 😆 All I had to do was die cut “Boo” and place one in each white dot, to turn it into a Halloween treat bag. I die cut a cute ghost out of vellum and attached it with ribbons to finish it off. I don’t know why I didn’t think to do this before. Oh, probably because I forgot I had the bags. 🤣
