Long ago I found this fun, gold polka dot, wrapping paper. I knew I could use it to create projects and not just for wrapping. Look how cute, and yes, I suppose a gift sack is still wrapping.😆 The fringe on the tag was created from a small piece of pattern paper. I used my fringe scissors to cut both sides of the paper, leaving 1/8” along the center, uncut. You don’t need fringe scissors to accomplish the same result, you can make several cuts with regular scissors. Give it a try, it’s simple! Don’t forget to fluff the pattern paper afterwards, for best results. 😊
