I used Crepe paper on this project, isn’t it fun?! I layered five equal pieces of crepe paper on top one another, glueing a thin line down the center of each to attach them. You can sew a stitched line down the center as well. Once the glue dried I used my fringe scissors to cut on each side of the glued area, being careful not to cut all the way through. Once it’s cut wrinkle it in your hand to give it texture. Honestly, the more you wrinkle the better it looks. 👍🏼
