This is the easiest and cutest treat ever! I found small chocolate bars at TJ Max and wrapped them in fun scrapbook paper. I placed them on cardstock to keep them sturdy and together, afterwards I wrapped them in cellophane and tied each end with gold glitter tulle and twine. They looked adorable at that point, but I chose to top them with a Valentine embellishment. 💘
