Combine blue starred paper with red striped paper and you’ve got yourself a 4th of July celebration, in a bag. 😊 I used a 4 x 6 cello bag, it holds Hershey’s Miniatures side by side perfectly. I have a cello bag topper die, but you can easily fold over the blue paper, then punch out an oval or circle shape to create a handle.
