The Lovely Day Paper Pumpkin creates such pretty cards, but I wanted to try something different. I used one of the envelopes to create my card. First, I cut 2 1/4” off the oval part of the envelope, then 1/2” off the bottom (it should look like a sleeve.) Once that was done, I used scissors to cut along the center line, making sure not to cut the back piece. This left me with a tri fold card with stripes inside! Fun huh?! For the cover, I used the Stampin’ Up!, Square Framelits. A belly band would be a cute way to keep it closed too. I used other kit pieces to design the inside, there’s lots to choose from.
