For this treat bag, I started by folding a cello bag in half, then I measured the folded half and cut a piece of paper and inch longer than the measurement. I tucked the paper inside the open end along with the candy and folded over the extra inch to help keep it closed. I placed crinkle paper in the fold (I like the look of the paper hanging out.) At this point you can staple it closed and add your embellishments. 😊
