I finally used my Hearts & Stars Decorative Masks to create the background on this card. It was much easier than expected and I liked using a sponge so I could apply as much ink as desired. The "love" and washi tape are from the Positively Picturesque Paper Pumpkin kit. I'm always happy when I can use pieces from my Paper Pumpkin kits, it takes away the guilt from seeing them pile up. 😜
