Don't you love the new chalk talk stamp set and matching framelits?! It was a must have the moment I saw it in the new Stampin' Up! catalog. I used the fancy flower punch to make the red flower then framed it with a stamp from the chalk talk set. Gingham ribbon and a banner finish it off.
