Mini Cupcake

I love how this little cupcake turned out and I'm rating it as one of my top favorite projects. :) I made it with the Stampin' Up! big bold cupcakes, 4-pack dies and just a small 2 x 3 1/2 inch piece of matching cardstock. It's a keeper... :)
